Craniosacral therapy is a holistic healing practice that uses very light touch/manipulations to balance the craniosacral system in the body, which includes the bones, nerves, fluids, and connective tissues of the cranium and spinal area. This approach releases tensions deep in the body to relieve specific or general pain and dysfunction and improve whole-body health and performance.
