RESERVATION POLICIES:

You can book a session online up to 3 hours before desired time otherwise call MODRN SANCTUARY for Monday sessions at 212-675-9355 and for sessions on Tuesday-Friday call CLINCUBE at 212-675-9355.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

Your healing sessions are reserved especially for you. We value your business and ask that you respect the scheduling policies. Should you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. 

Any cancellations with less than 24 hours of notice are subject to a cancellation fee amounting to the cost of the scheduled service. Clients who miss their appointments without giving any prior notification will be charged in full for the scheduled service. We recognize the time of our clients and staff is valuable and have implemented this policy for this reason. When you miss an appointment with us, we not only lose your business, but also the potential business of other clients who could have scheduled an appointment for the same time. 

When you schedule your appointment with us, you are agreeing to these policies. All services require a credit card or gift certificate to guarantee a reservation so please have your credit card and/or gift certificate ready when booking. You will not be billed unless there is a cancellation or no show. Upon checkout, guests may choose their method of payment. 

CHECK-IN:

For first time clients, we ask that you please arrive 10-15 minutes prior to your appointment time to ensure enough time to fill out our intake form. We will do our best to accommodate late arrivals. However, the length of service may be adjusted so as to not interrupt the scheduled appointments of other guests. Full price of scheduled services will apply, so please plan accordingly. 

FACILITIES:

True Alchemy practices out of two facilities, MODRN SANCTUARY at 12 West 27th Street, 9th Floor New York, NY 10001and CLINICUBE 39 West 29th Street, 11th Floor New York, NY 10001. Both locations are within a 2 block radius within the NoMad neighborhood.

INAPPROPRIATE BEHAVIOR Policy:

Massage therapy is for relaxation and therapeutic purposes only. There is absolutely no sexual component to massage whatsoever. Any insinuation, joke, gesture, conversation, or request otherwise will result in immediate termination of your session and a refusal of any and all services in the future. You will be charged the full service fee regardless of the length of your session. Depending on the behavior exhibited we may also file a report with the local authorities if necessary. Treat your therapist with respect and dignity and you will be treated the same in return.
